About Soup
1. How long can our soups be stored? 汤包可以保存多久？
We use advanced high-temperature sterilization at 121°C to ensure food safety and freshness — all without any added preservatives or artificial additives. Our soup can be stored at room temperature with a shelf life up to 8 to 12 months (please refer to the packaging for exact expiry).
我们采用的是121度高温杀菌保鲜技术，无添加防腐剂或添加剂。一般室温储存可存放8-12个月之久（保质期请见包装背部）。
2. What is the ideal storage of the soup? 汤包应该如何保存？
Refrigeration is not required. Store in room temperature and avoid direct sunlight.
汤包不需要冷藏，室温保存并避免曝晒即可。
3. What is the cooking instruction? 汤包该如何加热？
i. Put the pouch in boiling water for 5mins
ii. Pour the soup into a bowl and heat up in microwave or pour the soup into a pot, heat until boiling.
i. 汤包直接放入沸水加 5分钟
ii. 把汤料倒入碗中放入微波炉加热 或 倒入锅中煮沸加热
P/S: DO NOT HEAT THE POUCH DIRECTLY IN THE MICROWAVE OR OVEN.
4. What is the serving size per pack? 一包汤的分量是多少？
Our soup is suitable for 1-2 pax per serving (400-500ml per pack)
一包汤足够1-2个人喝 （大约400-500ml之间）
5. Who should avoid drinking herbal soup? 什么情况下不建议喝中药汤？
Not suitable to be taken during flu, fever or menstrual period. Pregnant woman or after surgery should always get a physician’s advice before ingesting herbal products.
感冒发烧，来月事时不宜进补中药补汤。孕妇或术后病人需咨询医师的建议。
6. Which soup is kid friendly? 有适合小孩喝的汤吗？
Kid's nourishing soup series is suitable for kids aged between 1 to 6 years old. Our soup is free from sugar, MSG, preservative and additives. It is low in sodium too thus it is safe to be consumed by kid.
小儿成长汤包的系列适合介于1-6岁的儿童。我们的汤是低盐口味的。无添加糖，味精，添加剂或防腐剂的，小孩可以放心喝。

7. Can pregnant women drink it? 孕妇可以喝吗？
1st Trimester (Before 12 Weeks): 孕早期（12周前）:
Before 12 weeks is considered as 'unstable period', only light nourishing soup is recommended. We recommended are Apple ABC Chicken Soup and Lotus Root & Peanut Chicken Soup.
这个阶段相对的不稳定，孕妈更适合喝较温和的汤，来帮助吸收营养。例如：苹果营养鸡汤和莲藕花生鸡汤。
2nd Trimester (12–24 Weeks): 孕中期（12-24周期）:
During this more stable stage, moms requires more nutrients, may suitable to consume Old Cucumber & Corn Chicken Soup and Kombu & Scallop Chicken Soup etc.
这个阶段的胎儿相对稳固，孕妈也需要更多营养，可适量吃补。可选择更多样的汤品，包括老黄瓜玉米鸡汤和昆布干贝鸡汤等。
3rd Trimester (After 24 Weeks): 孕晚期（24周期后）:
During this stage, where the body will feel noticeably hot and dry. Hence can have some soup to cool down the body, recommended : Apple ABC Chicken Soup and Lotus Root & Peanut Chicken Soup etc.
这个阶段孕妈容易体燥发热气，更适合喝一些清润的补汤。如：苹果蔬菜鸡汤，莲藕花生鸡汤等。
If there is any pregnancy complication, it is necessary to follow the instructions of a doctor or physician before consumption.
如孕期有特殊健康状况，建议依照医生或中医师的建议进行进补哦～

8. What food certifications do we have? 任何食品认证？
Our nourishing soups are certified by recognized authorities, including HACCP, GMP, MESTI & JAKIM HALAL certified, and have undergone professional food safety lab test. From ingredients to production, every step is strictly monitored to ensure safety and cleanliness, so you can drink peace of mind.
我们的汤品通过多项权威认证，包括HACCP, GMP, MESTI 及 JAKIM HALAL的认证并通过专业的食品检测。从原料到出厂，每一步都严格把关，确保安全和干净，让你喝得安心。
SHIPPING
1. How long does it take for my order to be processed? 付款后多久发货？
After payment is made, it will take 1 working day to get your parcel ready. A notification with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Kindly note that delivery will only be carried out during working days - Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. You will be receiving your item in 2-5 working days.
付款后，需要一天工作日安排发货（不包含周末和假期）。发货后会发送物流追踪链接。一般上2-5日可收到货（不包括周末和公共假期，期间物流是不提供派送的）。
2. What is the shipping cost within Malaysia? 邮费是如何计算呢？
We offer FREE DELIVERY throughout West Malaysia for all orders above RM160.
For orders below RM160, shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis: RM8/West Malaysia
凡购买RM160以上可享有免邮。一般运费是：西马RM8。东马暂无派送。
