🌿孕中期 2nd Trimester
• 12周期-24周期为孕中期。这个阶段的胎儿相对稳固,孕妈也需要更多营养,可适量吃补。
• 12 - 24 weeks of pregnancy is considered as the 2nd Trimester. It is a relatively stable stage which is a good time for conditioning. Hence more nutritional meals are needed.
