SUPU • 食补（下称为“我们”或“本品牌”）拥有及经营此网站www.supu.com.my（下称为“本网站”）。本网站通过互联网提供线上订购模式与送货服务。使用者（下称为“您”）注册后即成为会员，即代表同意且接受下列条款及细则所约束。我们有绝对权力随时更改有关之条例或细则，无需另行通知。

会员福利：

凡成功注册成为SUPU • 食补会员，即可享有以下福利与优惠：

• SUPU会员
  • 每消费满MYR150或以上（折扣后）可享有免邮（仅限西马）
  • 享有会员积分福利（可参考下部分“会员积分制度”）
• SUPU-VIP
  • 每消费满MYR150或以上（折扣后）可享有免邮（仅限西马）
  • 享有会员积分福利（可参考下部分“会员积分制度”）

如何升级为SUPU-VIP：

条款及细则：

1. 注册账户：
   1. 使用者须于本网站注册成为会员。凡成功注册成为SUPU 食补会员者，即表示使用者已年满18岁以上，并有构成具法律约束力合约的能力。
   2. 使用者必须在登记时：
      1. 提供准确、完整及最新的登记资料；
      2. 确保妥善保存个人使用者名称及密码;

• 授权我们假设只有您或您授权的人士使用您的使用者名称及密码登入本网站

• 如使用者所登记的资料有任何更改，须立即通知我们以确保我们能够有效地联络您。

 

2. 私隐声明：

SUPU • 食补（下称为“我们”或“本品牌”）拥有及经营此网站www.supu.com.my（下称为“本网站”）。本网站通过互联网提供线上订购模式与送货服务。我们重视会员的私隐权，并竭力维护您个人资料得到保密。此私隐政策适用于我们提供的所有产品及服务，说明我们可如何收集、使用及披露您的个人资料。

 

3. 收集个人资料的目的及用途：

我们／本品牌将尽一切合理的努力以确保我们／本品牌持有的所有个人资料均储存于可靠稳妥及安全的地方。

10. 一般条款：

如双方就条款及细则有任何争议，SUPU • 食补的决定为最终决定并具约束力。

SUPU • 食补与您同意本条款及细则将按照马来西亚相关法律诠释及受马来西亚法律所管辖。

SUPU • 食补保留在不需通知您的情况下，按其酌情权修改本条款及细则之权利。如有任何争议，相关部门保留最终决定权。

12. 适用范围：

本私隐政策声明只适用于本品牌网页。我们网页可能载有通往其他网址及网页的连线点。每当您启动任何此等连线网址，例如点选任何广告客户的连线栏目，您即已离开了我们的网址；而您在离开我们网址后向任何其他团体提供的任何个人资料或任何其他资料，一概不在我们 / 本品牌的管控范围内。您须承担一切浏览或使用其他网址的风险。

    1. 会员须自行承担对注册本网站的风险，会员因此而产生之任何损失或损害，我们概不负责，亦无赔偿该损害之责任。我们因删除会员资料；停止会员资格；停止、中断、终止本奖赏计划时，不需负担任何损害赔偿责任。
    2. 本网站所载的所有资料、商标、标志、图像、短片、声音档案、连结及其他资料等（以下简称「资料」），只供参考之用，我们将会随时更改资料，并由我们决定而不作另行通知。我们会尽力确保所有资料的准确性，但我们不会明示或隐含保证该等资料均为准确无误。我们不会对任何错误或遗漏承担责任。

• 若有任何争议，本品牌保留最终决定权。

SUPU (hereinafter referred to as ‘brand’, 'us', 'we' or 'our') operates www.supu.com (hereinafter referred to as 'Site'). This Site provides online ordering and delivery services. The user (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’, ‘your’) becomes a member after registration, which means that you agree and accept the following terms and conditions. We have the absolute right to change the relevant regulations or rules at any time without prior notice. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

SUPU Members benefits:

User who successfully registered as a member of this Site is entitled for the following benefits and discounts:

SUPU Member

• Free shipping (West Malaysia only) with every purchase of MYR 150 and above (after discount)
• Qualified for SUPU Points Collection Program (refer to “ SUPU Reward Program”)

SUPU-VIP

• Free shipping (West Malaysia only) with every purchase of MYR 150 and above (after discount)
• Qualified for SUPU Points Collection Program (refer to “SUPU Reward Program”)
• An additional 5% discount is applicable to all SUPU products (excluding special promotional items and shipping fee)

How to upgrade to SUPU-VIP:

• Member with accumulated spending of MYR 1000 in the past 12 months (from the registration date; excluding referral/sales directed from third party platform), will be automatically upgraded to SUPU-VIP

SUPU Reward Program:

• Every Ringgit (MYR) spent at this Site will be rewarded with one (1) SUPU Point (MYR 1 = 1.00 SUPU Point).
  • 200 SUPU Points will be rewarded upon registration
  • Extra 500 SUPU Points on birthday (Member needs to enter their birthday at least 30 days in advance, and login the Site on exact birthday to claim, or the points will not be claimable in all circumstances)
  • Follow SUPU Instagram to earn 100 SUPU Points
  • Accumulated SUPU Points can be exchanged for coupon:
  • MYR 5 coupon with every 200 SUPU Points;
  • MYR 10 coupon with every 400 SUPU Points;
  • MYR 20 coupon with every 800 SUPU Points,

• It is expressly provided that SUPU Points will be rewarded on the actual and net amount payable in the total bill after deducting all the cash voucher, gift voucher, discount voucher, instant rebate or any other form of promotional offers.
• SUPU Point is not meant to be converted for cash. It is strictly not transferable in any forms.

Memberships T&C:

REGISTRATION

User must register as a member on this Site. User who successfully registered as a member of SUPU means that the user is over 18 years old and has the ability to form a legally binding contract.

During the registration, user must:

Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information;

Ensure that personal user names and passwords are properly kept;

Authorise us to assume that only you or someone authorized by you can access this Site using your username and password

For any changes of personal information, members may contact SUPU Customer Relationship Management Department via email to eatsupu@gmail.com. Please ensure the contact details that you have provided are correct and updated.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

The process of applying SUPU membership may involve the collection of the data and information (“Personal Data”) about the applicant in the purpose of membership registering and the Company services monitoring and improving.

 

The failure to provide such Personal Data or if such Personal Data provided is not satisfactory to the Brand, will result in the failure of the membership application.

 

SUPU treats and views every member’s personal data seriously. Personal Data provided will generally be kept confidential and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Kindly refer to Privacy Policy for more details.

 

USING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION

We collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. Such information includes (but is not limited to):

However, if it is necessary to perform legal responsibilities according to the provisions or requirements of the law, or to provide you with services, or to perform the original purpose or directly related purpose of collecting personal data, such information may be disclosed to the following persons:

A court of competent jurisdiction, law enforcement agency, or other government statutory or regulatory authority, agency or organization;

Affiliates of the Brand, sellers or contractors, agents or other service providers involved in the sale and marketing or administration of services, or supply of goods/services;

Any other person under a duty of confidentiality to the Brand, including corporate group members, IT consultants, data processing contractors, auditors, accountants, or lawyers who have undertaken to keep such information confidential;

Banks, financial institutions, credit card issuers or debt collection service companies.

Any questions, comments, suggestions or information transmitted or posted by you on our Site or any part of the Site, other than personal data, shall be deemed to be provided voluntarily to the Brand in the form of non-confidential and non-proprietary information. We have the right to use, reproduce, disclose, transmit, publish and/or publish such information elsewhere at our own discretion, including but not limited to providing such information for the purpose of developing and promoting services and satisfying customer needs to any related company.

We endeavour to keep all personal data collected confidential. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee the security of transmitted data.

 

TRANSACTIONS

We will keep your online transaction records for audit purposes. It is our general policy to keep such data for a reasonable period of time. We do not provide facilities for you to delete the personal data we hold online.

 

DIRECT MARKETING

GENERAL POLICY

If there is any dispute between the two parties regarding the terms and conditions, the decision of SUPU is final and binding.

SUPU and you agree that these terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with the relevant laws of Malaysia and governed by the laws of Malaysia.

SUPU reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion without notifying you. In case of any disputes, the relevant departments reserve the final decision.
