Refund & Shipping Policy

This website is operated by SUPU, an online market store principally for varieties of ready-to-eat soups.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, untorn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you’ll need to contact us at eatsupu@gmail.com immediately with picture or video of the parcel received. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at eatsupu@gmail.com. We shall reserve the right to accept or reject the return or refund request at sole discretion subject to the condition of parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (except outer box packaging due to courier handling) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any complimentary gift or taster sample items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Delivery Processing Time
All orders are processed and to be delivered within 2-5 business days, except weekends or holidays.

Further delays may occur when experiencing high volume of orders or payment record mismatched.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.

Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email within 24 hours once your order has been shipped out containing your tracking number(s).

Damages During Delivery
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
